Seriously. I have half a dozen eggs, a pound of ground beef, a package of pancake mix, instant mashed potatoes and a few cans of vegetables. LOL
My favorite is pancakes and eggs. Simple, inexpensive and usually enough ingredients to feed them. There is also the ranking of Spanish rice or pie.

Sounds like you everything you need to Sheppard's pie .. lol
That's what I would do. Read more cookbooks, you get more ideas on foods low in price that are still good, the more you know about cooking.
